We ask you do not come in for your appointment if you have any immediate cold symptoms (e.g. sore throat, severe headache, body aches, fever)

​If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, a 50% service fee will be charged. No–showing will be charged for the missed appointment in full.

Any booking with us requires a credit card on file.

​​​​To qualify for our VIP pricing, the appointment must be booked within a 5 week time frame from your last appointment.

We request that any cancellations or rescheduling be done during open hours and at least 48 hours in advance for bookings of 60 minutes or longer.
